For those who are currently pregnant, or parenting please complete the form at https://cm.maxient.com/reportingform.php?TexasTechUniv&layout_id=61 .
For those who have experienced miscarriage, pregnancy loss or other medically necessary occurrence related to pregnancy you do not have to complete that form. Meet with the Pregnancy and Parenting Support team to discuss supportive measures and resource available to parenting students. This includes excused absences for parenting situations.
